SOPHEAK CHAOPHRASY

Laboratory Technician

Sopheak joined the University of Sydney Pathology Department, Camden in 2002.

After gaining her Biomedical Techniques qualification from Granville TAFE in 1990, Sopheak worked as a laboratory technician in various human pathology laboratories.  In 1998 Sopheak also completed studies in haematology and morphology at the Sydney Institute of Technology.  She has trained in all aspects of lab work and has over 29 years’ experience of clinical pathology including clinical biochemistry, and microbiology.

In her spare time, she pursues continued education and online study to improve her skills.
